The biggest protest against hunger is to plant something and leave no land empty.
Even if it is in a sack on your urban balcony, and you are able to harvest a few fresh tomatoes for just one day out of 365, it keeps you out of the demand cycle of those who may need to purchase tomatoes at the local market. That is something — the very little drops of water that form a mighty ocean. In Anambra, the “Farm to Feed” campaign is our informed response to the lingering food crisis, which has contributed to the ongoing protests in some parts of the country. I thank Ndi Anambra youth for seeking solutions to problems rather than being enablers of such problems.
May Anambra continue to win!
